Welcome to Wedding Vendor Connect. By using weddingvendorconnect.com (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.

What the Site is

Wedding Vendor Connect is an editorial directory of South Carolina wedding vendors. We research and curate listings so couples can find venues, photographers, videographers, and other wedding professionals. We are a directory, not a party to any contract between you and a vendor: bookings, payments, and services are arranged directly between couples and vendors.

Listings and accuracy

We work to keep listings accurate — details are drawn from vendors' own websites and submissions, and pricing is shown only when we could verify it. Even so, vendor offerings, prices, and availability change without notice, and we can't guarantee any listing is current or error-free. Always confirm details directly with a vendor before booking. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, and we're not responsible for the quality of any vendor's services.

Vendor accounts and submissions

Vendors may create an account to submit or manage a listing. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of what you submit. By submitting listing content you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, edit, and format it for the directory. We review submissions and may edit copy for style and accuracy, or decline or remove any listing at our discretion — including listings that are misleading, off-topic, or misrepresent a business.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site. That includes scraping or bulk harvesting listing data, submitting false information, impersonating a business, attempting to breach security, or using the Site for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts or block access for violations.

Intellectual property

The Site's editorial content, design, and branding belong to Wedding Vendor Connect. Vendor names, photos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may link to and share Site pages; you may not republish our editorial content wholesale without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedding Vendor Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your dealings with any vendor, and our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

Changes and contact
