Sitton Hill Farm has been worked since 1878, when Samuel Monroe Sitton established it on a 2,000-acre tract anchored by a farmhouse of hand-made brick. Today's 99 acres of pastures, forests, hills, and a winding creek belong to Sitton Smith, who grew up roaming the property and built its event barn in 2017 to open the farm for weddings.
The barn hosts celebrations of up to 250 guests, with dedicated spots across the farm for getting ready, first looks, ceremonies, dining, and dancing, plus a guest cottage on site. Couples can pull from the farm's recommended vendor list — heavy on Upstate photographers — or bring in their own; the venue keeps an open vendor policy.
The property sits on Sitton Hill Road in Easley, a short drive west of Greenville, and remains a private residence, so tours are by appointment only. Alongside weddings, the farm hosts anniversaries, family reunions, fundraisers, and corporate events. Pricing varies by date and is quoted on inquiry.
